This is the first comment I've ever felt compeled to leave because I really do enjoy your writing style. It was like reading some of the thoughts inside my head- knowing you're right on about how the iPhone totally rocks but some of the MOST OBVIOUS little things they leave out makes me scratch my head. One plus now with the update we can SMS! Finally Apple. It's like so far ahead yet so far behind. I don't get it but it's good knowing others feel the same way. I called Apple support when I first bought my iPhone about the lack of SMS (pics sent via phone#) and the Apple tech made me feel like an asshole for assuming this highly hyped phone would include this basic function. I was told SMS wasn't in high demand and I shouldn't have thought otherwise. Yea, to the Apple guy I spoke with, I hope you're enjoying providing tech support for the functional SMS option now. Duh. Note: It was my only call to Apple - I have heard so many praises for their tech support dept so to all the Apple techs I apologize for this guy making you look bad. Add the words you want IN LOWERCASE into your contacts list and it will accurately spell these words. In fact, if you misspell them, it will predict the correct spelling. I've entered several glorious words and it works fantastically. The only thing you have to worry about now is your gf asking Qs like what the duck are curse words doing in your shotty contacts list.
